A chaperone is an impartial third party who can accompany a patient/client to their medical assessments to be a witness of that assessment.

 

Our chaperones are non-medical staff, therefore will not be able to speak to the medical aspects of the assessment. However, they are more than able to provide extra pairs of eyes as a safety and peace of mind for everyone.
